SumBlendedShare ClaimedFor MechAndPerf

The aggregate blended percentage right share claim that is being made by all the licensors for the mechanical right and the performing right in respect of the musical work(s) which are the subject of the discrepancy. The blended percentage right share claims are calculated by applying the various RightsTypeSplitMechanical and RightsTypeSplitPerforming values in the relevant summary Record of the relevant CDM Statements to each claim in a right share for the mechanical right and/or the performing right made by each of the licensors.

For example, if a licensor uses a right share claim split of 75% for the mechanical right and 25% for the performing right, and the licensor is claiming 50% for the mechanical right and 25% for the performing right, the BlendedShareClaimedForMechAndPerf shall be (50% x 75%) + (25% x 25%) = 43.75%.

The value in the SumBlendedShareClaimedForMechAndPerf shall Cell be provided as a decimal with 0 representing 0% and 100 representing 100%.

EstimatedMech RoyaltyImpact InCurrency OfInvoicing

The sum of all ClaimedAmount Cells and all ClaimedAmountDelta Cells in the relevant Records that are affected by the discrepancy in the currency of accounting used in the CDM Statement unless such message did not contain any value.

A RoyaltyImpactInCurrencyOfInvoicing shall not be reported if the impact is unquantifiable.

The amount reported should be the amount that was provided in the CDM Statement by the licensor for which the discrepancy has been detected.
