5.3.5 CX01 — Auxiliary Information
This is the Record used to communicate auxiliary data about the claims in right shares based on such claim for a musical work that has been identified in a previously received DSR Message sent to the licensor by the licensee and may be used in any CDM message created in accordance with one of the CDM profiles. The inclusion of a CX01 Record in a CDM Statement is optional and inclusion is determined by the bilateral agreement between the licensee and the licensor.
If auxiliary data is being provided for multiple composers and/or authors and/or music publishers, multiple CX01 Records must be used in the CDM Statement.

The exact data to be communicated in the MusicalWorkComposerAuthorName Cell shall be determined by the bilateral agreement between the licensee and the licensor. However, as there are rare cases where licensees genuinely do not have this information, the Cell as conditional.
